Terms and Conditions

Gracias Cleaning Services Est. is in strict compliance accordance with the stipulated governing laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries under UAE law.

Users
The company will not register a user under 18 years old (minor) to use and transact with the website.

Booking
Booking is always subject to availability. Minimum hours required are standard until otherwise agreed. Booking needs to be done 24 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed 24-hours rescheduling policy applies.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
– Last-minute cancellation/rescheduling is subject to a 50% charge of the total hours booked for both recurring and non-recurring bookings.
– We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard by debit or credit card in AED for our services. All online transactions are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Gracias Cleaning Services. The customer will get a confirmation of the payment through SMS within 24 hours. 
– Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

Safety Policy
– Before our Cleaning Professionals arrive at the venue, kindly remove all items that may delay our cleaning services.
– If you have any valuable objects, we ask that these items be secured or put away to avoid accidents.
– For families, we ask that your children be supervised while our Cleaning Professionals and cleaning equipment are present in your place.
– Please secure all pets that are dangerous to our employees inside and outside of your premises. Gracias Cleaning Services is not responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Quality Assurance and Control Policy
Gracias Cleaning Services will conduct a random quality audit to assess the quality of our Cleaning Professionals’ work while they are on duty. We will conduct unannounced visits to ensure we continue to give you 100% customer satisfaction and value for your money.

We will request clients to check the bag of our Cleaning Professionals before leaving the premises.

Reporting Incident or Complaints
You may report the following issues within mentioned time frames:
– Missing/Stolen items within 48 hours.
– Damaged items within 24 hours.
