Our Cleaning Professionals have thoroughly undergone screening and training to ensure they leave your home sparkling clean. We make sure that they are skilled and equipped for the job, knowledgeable in the chemicals and equipment they use in each service we offer you.

Most importantly, we ensure that all our cleaning professionals are friendly and trustworthy, so you’ll be comfortable letting them into your home.

Last-minute cancellation/rescheduling is subject to a 50% charge of the total hours booked for both recurring and non-recurring bookings.

Please inform us 6-12 hours in advance on rescheduling the service you booked. It will help us reschedule your booking at a different time and date and allocate our employees for other tasks.

Home cleaning is the one we do at home to maintain a specific standard of cleanliness. It will ensure that your home appears arranged, tidy and hygienic. The activities included in Home Cleaning are:
– Vacuum cleaning of floors
– Dusting of furniture
– Mopping using a cleaning liquid
– Removing the garbage collected in the kitchen
– Wiping of kitchen surfaces and removal of food remnants
– General cleaning of bathrooms and toilet

On the other hand, Deep Cleaning is intended to remove heavy dirt, grime, and scaling in all corners of your home. We recommend doing this every 6 months to ensure the house is clean and safe from dust, dirt, and unhealthy bacteria. It includes everything in the Home Cleaning package, plus:
– Arranging the shelves, cupboards, and other furniture
– Removal of scaling and thick dirt from the kitchen sink, scullery, toilet seats, showerhead, taps tiles, kitchen surface, and other areas
– Removing sticky dirt and dust accumulated in the hidden areas behind furniture, cupboards, electronic appliances, including fridge and washing machine
– Washing of windows using a special liquid to remove dirt to make it appear new
– Washing of verandah, balconies, and other open areas
– Washing the floors of all the rooms using disinfectant solutions
– Cleaning the interiors of ovens, fridges, and washing machines (if necessary)

Deep Cleaning is an elaborate and time-consuming job but is undoubtedly an important activity to maintain your home and keep the inhabitants healthy. The time usually depends on the size of your home and the number of Cleaning Professionals you hire. On average, it takes 5 hours for three Cleaning Professionals to Deep Clean a villa with X rooms and 3 hours for two Cleaning Professionals to Deep Clean a flat with X rooms.
